These conditions establish the specific regulations governing the purchase of products through the online shop. www.prodos.es.
Acceptance of this document electronically has the same contractual validity as signing it in person. By following all the steps described in the purchase procedure electronically, it is presumed that the user unequivocally accepts these general conditions of use.
We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time, as well as any other document displayed on the website, with the conditions of use that were published at the time of contracting being applicable. These modifications will not be retroactive.

Invoicing data
The billing details are those indicated in your customer account and may not be subsequently modified in compliance with current regulations (Royal Decree 1619/2012, of 30 November, approving the Regulation governing billing obligations).
The invoice will be issued in the name of the natural person or company placing the order, so the customer must ensure that the order is placed under the correct customer account. Subsequent changes will not be possible.
If you want the invoice to go to a different name or company, you will need to be registered as a customer with the desired billing details and place the order under this account.
By making the purchase you agree to receive the invoice by email.
Availability and substitutions
ProDos aims to guarantee the availability of all products that are published on www.prodos.es. However, in the event that any product ordered is not available or if the product is out of stock, the customer will be informed within 72 hours of placing the order. In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of the replacement products by the customer, the refund will be paid within a maximum period of 72 hours.
Purchasing and/or contracting process
To make any purchase on www.prodos.es, the customer must be of legal age.
In addition, the customer will be required to register with www.prodos.es by means of a data collection form in which ProDos is provided with the information necessary for the contract; this information must in any case be true, exact and complete with regard to their identity and the client must expressly consent to this by accepting the Privacy Policy of ProDos.
If you are going to buy as company / professional You must attach a document that accredits this condition (Copy of the company's CIF in the case of legal persons. Receipt of registration as self-employed or other document that accredits this in the case of individuals). You must apply for registration as a company/professional in the following form.
It is also recommended that the customer prints and/or keeps a copy of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale on a durable medium when placing an order.
Purchase order
The electronic document finalising the purchase will be archived in the ProDos administration.
Shipping
Delivery depends on the availability of each product, which is indicated on all published articles. We invite you to know the details about delivery times in each product sheet when selecting the model of your interest.
Upon receipt of shipments, it is important to ensure that all boxes have arrived in perfect condition. If you detect signs of moisture or breakage in any of them, or signs of having been opened or tampered with, please note this on the delivery note BEFORE SIGNING, and contact our Customer Service Department. within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt of the material.
If you receive a product damaged in transit, please contact us via our contact form. Contact indicating the order number and the problem it presents, as well as a photograph of the damaged packaging, a photograph of the damaged product and a photograph of the transport label; all of this within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the order. In this way, we will be able to complain to the transport company. As soon as we receive the incident, it will be processed in order to provide the most efficient solution in each case. Once this period has passed, we cannot guarantee insurance coverage.
The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of contracting.
No shipments or deliveries will be made on weekends and public holidays.
Prices, costs and taxes
The final prices of all the products together with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the articles that appear in the catalogue. www.prodos.es. VAT will be applied at the corresponding rate in force at any given time for customers with a billing and shipping address in Spain, for all other customers outside Spain prices are exclusive of VAT.
The prices of the products may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be that in force on the date the order is placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before the customer formalises his acceptance.
Methods of payment
All payment methods accepted by ProDos are secure and verified by Redsys and Banco Santander.
The following payment methods are available:
1. By credit or debit card.
You can pay immediately through our Bank's SSL secure payment gateway. If it is necessary to make any refund or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card. Both personal and bank data will be protected with all the security measures established by the Organic Law on Data Protection 15/1999 and its Development Regulation with total confidentiality.
ProDos accepts VISA and MasterCard payments. The bank issuing the card must be located in Spain.
2. By bank transfer.
By cash deposit or bank transfer in favour of ProDos, to the account number indicated in the order or offer confirmation e-mail provided to you, indicating the order or offer number when making the transfer.
The order will not be considered effective until we confirm the corresponding payment and, therefore, delivery times begin to run from that date.
Orders that are not paid within 4 working days of order confirmation will be automatically cancelled.
3. By Bizum. Pay quickly and securely for your purchases. As before, all you need is your mobile phone. Secure 100% payment, you will need your phone and your Bizum passwordIf you don't have it in the process, we explain how to get it during the payment process. (Bizum is exclusively for customers with a Spanish bank account).
New payment methods may be made available at any time or existing payment methods may be eliminated. Any new payment method will comply with all customer/end-user privacy and security requirements.
Cancellation of orders
Once the order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. For products manufactured to order, it will not be possible to cancel an order once production has begun. The only accepted way to request the cancellation of the order will be by email, where we will inform you of its status and whether it is possible to cancel it.
Those order cancellations that involve a refund to the customer and that are by bank transfer will have a maximum period of 10 days for administrative procedures.
Return and withdrawal policy
In accordance with current legislation, products can be returned, for whatever reason, in a within 15 calendar days of receipt of the goods by the client, except for products which are made to order ex works. This means that you can return products with a delivery time of 2-3 days. In order to do so, the conditions set out on this conditions page must be met.

Conditions of return
Returns will not be accepted for the following products:
- The supply of goods made to order (or those indicated with a delivery time of 10-15 days or longer).
- The provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, where performance has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with his acknowledgement that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.
- The supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
- The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods which after delivery and taking into account their nature have become inseparably mixed with other goods.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories contained therein, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item and unused. Otherwise ProDos reserves the right to refuse the return.
If the product is in good condition, but the packaging (box, plastic or wrapping) in which the product is found is not in good condition, the return will not be accepted.
Once the return request has been made, you will receive instructions by email to send it to us at our premises. You must send the goods, without any delay, within 14 days of informing us of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You will be responsible for the transport costs incurred in returning the goods.
Once the goods have been received and checked to ensure that they comply with the Return and cancellation policyIf applicable, the amount of the returned material will be refunded, using the same means of payment with which the purchase was made, within a maximum period of 14 days.
If the return does not proceed, you will have the material at your disposal to collect it within 30 calendar days. After these days, if the material has not been collected, a storage fee of €5 per day (including VAT) will be charged.
Procedure for making a return
To request the return of a product, you must notify us at the following e-mail address info@prodos.esPlease include in the email all the details of the order and the product you wish to return. The Returns Department will receive your request and will inform you by email of the procedure to follow. Remember that you must comply with the aforementioned conditions.
Guarantee
Products purchased by private customers are guaranteed for 3 years in accordance with Royal Decree Law 7/2021 of 27 April from the time of delivery, covering possible manufacturing defects in the product. In the case of professional customers, the guarantee will be limited to 6 months.
The user shall inform Prodos of the non-conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
The private purchaser has a 3 year warranty (6 months for the professional purchaser), which will come into force on the date of purchase as detailed on the sales invoice. ProDos is not liable for damage caused by unprofessional installation, products modified or tampered with by the customer or any other person not authorised by the manufacturer; as well as for improper use, tampering and/or short circuits, apparent signs of incorrect treatment. The product to be repaired or replaced must always correspond to the one sent by ProDos, enclosing the delivery note and/or invoice. In the event of a product being repaired, the customer may arrange for the repair to be carried out directly, by processing it and sending it to us. To do so, the customer must contact ProDos and request the necessary instructions. It is important that returns to technical support are perfectly packed and protected, without stickers or labels on the packaging and original protections. If the product arrives at ProDos facilities with damage attributable to poor packaging or protection, the repair may not be covered by the warranty. If the original packaging is not available, the customer must use a sturdy box of sufficient size to allow the equipment to be inserted loosely; it is recommended that the customer insert sufficient protective material (bubble wrap, paper bags, foam, etc.) under, on and around the product in order to prevent any movement of the product inside the packaging.
Consumable products, defects caused by improper use or handling, connection to the mains other than that specified, incorrect installation or defects resulting from any external cause are excluded from the guarantees.
For products of a durable nature, the consumer shall be entitled to adequate technical service and the availability of spare parts for at least 5 years from the date on which the product ceases to be manufactured, without the price of spare parts being increased when they are used for repairs.
Warranty Probes or electrodes
- They are a consumable, i.e. they are consumed with use.
- Their service life depends on the mode of use and working conditions.
- Factors to be taken into account:
- Tilt of the installation.
- (Installation after filter or have a pre-filter for impurities if installed before the filter.
- Addition of chemicals nearby, or water returns with product when filtration is stopped.
- Alkalinity, hardness, pH of the water in contact with the probe.
- Work dry for a prolonged period of time, without contact with water.

To avoid problems with the installation or operation of the purchased product, make sure that you have followed the installation and operating instructions contained in the user manuals. If, even so, the purchased product does not work properly, you should immediately contact the manufacturer's customer service and technical assistance services, or the representative or distributor, as the case may be.
The technical services will usually require you to provide them with the following data:
- Invoice of purchase.
- Make and model identification.
- Serial number.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as power surges or dips, atmospheric phenomena, fire, water, abnormal use of the product, accidental drops or incorrect use by individuals or companies not authorised by ProDos, nor does it cover wear and tear due to hours or hours of misuse or negligence before or during use, as well as faults caused by incorrect installation or incorrect handling and storage. ProDos reserves the right to have each returned product examined by independent specialists, and the warranty is exempted if it is proven that the breakage or damage was caused by the customer, as well as the partial breakage of the product to force the use of the warranty for the return or refund of the product; in these cases, the costs of the expertise will be borne by the customer. ProDos is not obliged to compensate the customer or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, be it direct or indirect damage, accidents suffered by persons, damage to property other than the product, loss of profit or loss of earnings.
If the guarantee does not apply, you will have the material at your disposal for collection within 30 calendar days. After these days, if you have not removed the equipment, a storage fee of €5 per day (including VAT) will be charged.
Changes
ProDos does not exchange items. If you wish, you can request the return of the unwanted product, fulfilling the conditions of Return and cancellation policyand place a new order for the desired item.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with common Spanish legislation. For any questions that may arise regarding the interpretation, fulfilment, termination or resolution of the General Conditions, the Parties submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Seville. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in accordance with Spanish law, the courts and tribunals of the applicable domicile shall have jurisdiction for any questions that may arise in relation to these General Conditions, in accordance with article 52 of the Law on Civil Procedure or the applicable substitute regulation at any given time.
The relationship between ProDos and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish legislation and any dispute shall be submitted to the Spanish Courts and Tribunals.
