Methods of payment
All forms of payment accepted in 
are secure and verified by Redsys and Banco Santander.
The following payment methods are available:
1. By credit or debit card.
You can pay immediately through our Bank's SSL secure payment gateway. If it is necessary to make any refund or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card. Both personal and bank data will be protected with all the security measures established by the Organic Law on Data Protection 15/1999 and its Development Regulation with total confidentiality.
ProDos accepts VISA and MasterCard payments. The bank issuing the card must be located in Spain.
ProDos does not store any credit or debit card details of the customer.
2. By bank transfer.
By cash deposit or bank transfer in favour of ProDos, to the account number indicated in the order or offer confirmation e-mail provided to you, indicating the order or offer number when making the transfer.
The order will not be considered effective until we confirm the corresponding payment and, therefore, delivery times begin to run from that date.
Orders that are not paid within 4 working days of order confirmation will be automatically cancelled.
3. By Bizum. Pay quickly and securely for your purchases. As before, all you need is your mobile phone. Secure 100% payment, you will need your phone and your Bizum passwordIf you don't have it in the process, we explain how to get it during the payment process. (Bizum is exclusively for customers with a Spanish bank account).
New payment methods may be made available at any time or existing payment methods may be eliminated. Any new payment method will comply with all customer/end-user privacy and security requirements.
SHOPPING AT PRODOS IS SAFE
Purchases made on this website, using cards issued by any national or foreign financial institution in which the cardholder's identity is authenticated, are managed by Redys and 
the new system of secure sale at internet.
Generally speaking, customers shopping online at a retailer that has been certified through the Getnet POS The following steps will be followed:
1. When you accept your purchase, enter your card number, card expiry date and identification code in the secure environment.
2. Your card issuer will carry out the usual cardholder identification checks.
3. Once identified, the purchase transaction will be processed securely.
Verified by VISA is a new service that allows you to shop online with added confidence.
Through a simple verification process, Verified by VISA confirms your identity when you make a purchase in online shops, which are part of the Verified by VISA system. It is convenient and works with your own VISA card. And Verified by VISA is easy to use. You register your card only once and create your own password.
When you make an online purchase with this system, a Verified by VISA window appears. Simply enter your password and click. Your identity will be verified and the purchase secured. To activate Verified by VISA on your Visa card, or for more information, contact your VISA card issuer.
MasterCard® SecureCode™ is a new service from MasterCard and your card issuer that will provides additional protection when you shop online. No need to obtain a new MasterCard or Maestro card.®. You choose your own personal MasterCard SecureCode and it is never shared with any merchant. A private code means additional protection against unauthorised use of your credit and debit card when you shop online.
Every time you pay online with your MasterCard or Maestro card, a window from your card issuer opens asking for your personal SecureCode, as your bank asks you at the ATM. Within seconds, your card issuer confirms it is you and allows you to complete your purchase. For more information about MasterCard SecureCode please contact your card issuer.
Purchases made on this website through Bizum will be carried out by authenticating the identity of the holder of the telephone number associated with the Bizum account and his or her personal password, the authorisation and management through this payment method will be managed by Redys and ,
