How much does it cost to ship my order?
Orders are shipped at a flat rate, i.e. regardless of the number of items, the cost will be the same.

Europe 1
The following countries are included in this zone: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Switzerland.
As a general rule, all deliveries to this area are charged at a cost of 29,95 €.
There are products that, due to their weight, have higher shipping costs. 49,95 €.
The total amount of the shipping costs will be reflected in the checkout process.
Europe 2
The following countries are included in this zone: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Sweden.
As a general rule, all deliveries to this area are charged at a cost of 39,95 €.
There are products that, due to their weight, have higher shipping costs. 79,95 €.
The total amount of the shipping costs will be reflected in the checkout process.
Other countries
For shipping costs to other countries not included in the above areas, please contact us first.
You can select and add the products you want to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. This section indicates your details, you will see two buttons, one to check the shipping costs, and another to save the order until you are told the total amount of shipping costs. If you accept the amount, you will be sent an email to proceed with the payment and finalize the purchase.
NOTE: For sales outside the European Union, customs clearance costs, duties and taxes shall be borne by the customer..
To ensure that your order arrives without incident, it is essential that you fill in your delivery address correctly and completely, as well as a mobile phone number where you can be contacted in the event of any incident.
Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday (except holidays) and will be subject to the specifications of the courier service.
For shipments to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands in Spain, or to the Madeira and Azores Islands, you must consult us for availability and cost.
In the event that you accept a shipment with damage to the packaging, ProDos will not be liable for such damage and it will be considered as a damaged item and the possibility of return or commercial guarantee will be voided in accordance with the operating conditions of both.
The deadlines for making a claim for damage to the goods during transport will be in the same act of delivery in the delivery note indicating it to the carrier or at the collection point. You must then inform us by e-mail at info@prodos.es. After these deadlines, no compensation will be paid. In order to proceed with the processing of claims for damage or breakage, it is essential that the customer keeps the packaging of the damaged goods and shows it to the staff of the transport company. It is recommended that photos be taken of the state in which the packaging has been received.
Transit times for shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula
For international destinations, only one delivery attempt will be made. If the addressee is absent, a notice will be left with the details of the office where he/she can collect the shipment and within 7 days the shipment will be returned to the origin. If the addressee has not turned up at the office to collect the shipment or if the address is incorrect or incomplete, the shipment will be returned to its origin within 7 days. There is no Saturday delivery or refund option.
The issue of e-Commerce shipments to international destinations is limited to mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Andorra, therefore, NO can be broadcast from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Gibraltar or Melilla.
Deliveries will not be made to PO boxes and returns will be invoiced at the same price as one way.
