Multi-function valve designed for direct installation on a metering pump with G1/2″ external thread. The PVDF valve with PTFE diaphragm and optional FKM or EPDM seals combines the counter pressure valve and the safety relief valve in one housing. Two connection sizes are available for the dosing lines: 4×6 mm or 8×12 mm (inside/outside).

Metering with back pressure improves its accuracy and also prevents siphoning. The multifunction valve can also be used as a protection against excessive pressure, which could lead to pump failure. Our multifunction valve is designed to solve this series of problems with a single fitting that is small and easy to install on the pump.

Compatible with all models of Seko electromagnetic metering pumps: Tekba, Tekba-R, Tekna, Komba, Invikta and Kompact series.

Due to the variety of chemicals available on the market, it is recommended to check the chemical compatibility between the dosed product and the contact materials. All membranes are made of PTFE.

GASKET MATERIAL

StandardPumps are supplied with seals made of viton (FKM-B), a material with high chemical resistance. Also suitable for pumping acidic or chlorinated liquids.
EPDMOptionally available with seals in EPDM (Dutral), a material more suitable for pumping alkaline liquids such as caustic soda.
