SEKO's Kosmo range of motor-driven diaphragm pumps with mechanical returnone of the most flexible chemical dosing solutions, delivers accurate and reliable performance in applications as diverse as reverse osmosis, cooling water and drinking water treatment.

It has superior performance in a flow range up to 530 l/h (up to 2,300 l/h in the case of the Kosmo MM2).

In addition, high quality 316L stainless steel, PVC and PVDF components provide exceptional chemical compatibility and the cast aluminium housing offers a lightweight yet strong and durable alternative.

Kosmo's permanent lubrication mechanism includes ball bearings for the main moving parts, which helps prevent overheating and provides quiet operation. They are designed for continuous operation and can run dry without damage to the pump.

Kosmo pumps incorporate a variable eccentric system that minimises pulsation and shock.

The Kosmo pumps have a mechanical return. The stroke lengths can be changed manually, allowing a flow rate adjustment from 0 to 100%.

The advantages of the mechanical return with respect to spring return are:

More accurate dosing.
Better performance with viscous and dense liquids.
Higher suction capacity (1.5 m instead of 1.0 m).

GASKET MATERIAL

StandardPumps are supplied with seals made of viton (FPM), a material with high chemical resistance. Also suitable for pumping acidic or chlorinated liquids.
EPDMOptionally available with seals in EPDM (Dutral), a material more suitable for pumping alkaline liquids such as caustic soda.
