Tekba-R is a solenoid driven digital metering pump with mechanical stroke length adjustment. It represents the best compromise between reliability, dosing accuracy and ease of use. Base mounted.

Tekba-R pumps offer users the option of constant or proportional dosing via analogue and digital inputs, together with mechanical stroke length regulation to ensure accurate and uniform dosing.

The PVDF pump head and ceramic ball valves offer exceptional durability and broad chemical compatibility. The high quality PTFE diaphragm makes routine changes unnecessary.

These superior components, within an IP65 glass fibre reinforced polypropylene housing, give Tekba's range of chemical dosing pumps exceptional build quality and long life.

General features of the Tekba-R series

4 sizes are available, with a flow range from 2.5 to 110 l/h and a back pressure of 0.1 to 20 bar.
Stabilised multi-power supply 100 - 240 Vac - 50/60 Hz
Mounting on base
Standard PVDF head, with high chemical compatibility with chemically aggressive liquids
PTFE membrane
Ceramic balls
Glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene (PP) housing. IP65
Manual priming system
The pump is supplied with a complete standard installation kit, including: injection valve + PVDF suction valve, PVC suction pipe, PE delivery pipe.
Manual adjustment via front panel control dial, which comes with indication of frequency percentage (P%) and stroke number (F), with level probe input.

GASKET MATERIAL

StandardPumps are supplied with seals made of viton (FKM-B), a material with high chemical resistance. Also suitable for pumping acidic or chlorinated liquids.
EPDMOptionally available with seals in EPDM (Dutral), a material more suitable for pumping alkaline liquids such as caustic soda.
