The accuracy of motor-driven pumps is influenced by the variation of the delivery pressure, especially between 0 and 1 bar.

In addition, back pressure dosing avoids the generation of pump siphoning phenomena. When, on the other hand, the pump uses back pressure dosing, it may be necessary to protect it from excessive pressure which could lead to malfunction and failure of the pump as well as the system.

The minimum opening pressure of the injection valves is 0.2 bar for PVC or PVDF and 2 bar for SS316L (VZX valves).

The parts in contact with the liquid have been chosen to ensure full compatibility with most commonly used chemicals. Due to the variety of chemicals on the market, it is recommended to check the chemical compatibility between the dosed product and the materials in contact. Please refer to the attached document "Chemical compatibility Seko bombs" for this information. If you have any questions, we will be pleased to answer them.
